Billions of dollars will be flowing into renewable energy projects in the United States in the coming years. There will be a need for every kind of skill, from an understanding of policy and financing to engineering and scientific expertise. Project managers will be needed to plan and oversee land acquisitions, communications with stakeholders, environmental impact studies, budgets, timelines, and implementation.

Join ND Energy and Notre Dame alumnus Michael Grady ‘77 to learn about his work in renewable energy project planning on Native lands in the northwestern United States. Mike is the founder and president of Éireann Emerald Solutions, a consulting firm that provides innovative project designs, creative financing partnerships, and effective government relations to public and private businesses seeking to create green infrastructure, energy/water efficiency, waste reduction, and renewable power and electric transportation technologies. He will describe how students from every major can contribute to the green energy revolution.

This event is geared toward undergraduate students but all are welcome to attend. ND Energy shirts will be given out while they last, and light refreshments will be provided. Registration is not required yet appreciated. RSVP here.
